Always delicious - especially at Christmas the goose meal - excellent

For the 2nd time for my birthday dinner here. Nice service, courteous staff and it just tastes good. Good home cooking. 👍👍

Located directly on the thoroughfare, this inn is very old. The renovation backlog cannot be overlooked. Old worn carpets in the room, which was booked as a double room and contained 2 old, creaky single beds. Old, cracked tiles in the bathroom, crumbling wall paint and a broken shower head are worth mentioning. The breakfast with good coffee and delicious rolls was not another highlight. Actually we shouldn't have checked in at all, because the greeting from the owner was more than Nordic cool and impersonal, as he was more sorry for himself because of his (covid) situation. Mr Kruse ... just a tip: Don't complain, do it! Not to be recommended!

I've been driving through the rain for hours on the bike in the dark. The restaurateur has a heart and lets me warm up here, although he actually wants to quit.

Just great! I have been here several times and it was just perfect every time. I can not understand the deficiencies expressed at all. Just recommended!

The decor very old-fashioned. Probably nothing changed for 30 years #urig #retro. As the vegetables boiled over, bought the sauce from the package, the meat through, the ice cream. In all of my reviews you can see that I almost never rate badly, but this time it was really weak.

Family celebrated their birthday there. Top service, very attentive and super friendly. You always had to drink and everything at the buffet was always replenished. The rooms are very quaint, you have to like that. We still needed a 2nd extra bed. That was immediately taken care of and put into the room. The breakfast was small but nice. Again, the service was very nice and courteous. There was fresh scrambled eggs and cocoa for the children.

Steaks from the grill - theme evening. Salad from the buffet very delicious and great selection. Filetsteak very tender and juicy. The various sauces and baked potato with sour cream fit perfectly

Simple unbelievably good country kitchen at a fair price. Here the boss also serves himself. We always like to come here.

I have visited the Gasthaus Kruse several times and am always thrilled. The hosts are super friendly and even if the rooms are a bit old (you know, if you go to the website), it is very clean, bright and quiet. The breakfast buffet is extensive, varied and delicious. I even get a fried egg for breakfast on personal request. So thank you for the hospitality, I would love to come back.

The lowest level at completely excessive prices. 80 euros for a double room with single beds (only category of the house) are not justified with this "standard". Every German youth hostel is more recommendable. And I just like to travel. Nothing fits here. Better shut up, because then nobody can fall for it or cut the price in half.

Totally terrible. In one room it smelled of vomit, in the other our predecessors were actually allowed to smoke. The facility, if you can even call it that, got stuck in the 60s. Apparently there are only single beds: although we had explicitly requested a double bed for one of the booked rooms in writing, we were given separate single beds. Explanation: we have nothing else here.

Small but very cozy family hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here with our two kids. Beds were a bit on the hard side but the warm welcome by the owners and really nice breakfast in the morning really made up for that. Would definitely visit again if we were in the area.
